GED Test Information

Our testing site is closed until further notice due to Covid-19 restrictions, however GED has an online test proctoring service. Please contact GED (877-392-6433) to reschedule your exam. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Simi Institute for Careers and Education is an official testing facility for GED®Testing Service. Upon passing the exam, test candidates will be issued a high school equivalency credential from the State of California.

You will not be admitted to the Test Center and should reschedule your exam if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, sore throat, and / or loss of smell.

You must bring and wear your own face mask while at a Pearson VUE-owned test center and throughout your exam. Any surgical or cloth face mask, including a homemade face mask, is acceptable as long as your nose and mouth are fully covered. Candidates without a face mask will be denied testing services. We are unable to provide face masks to candidates.
